These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Vestalicom SAS (hereinafter "the Provider") and any individual or legal entity subscribing to a CastaRadio plan (hereinafter "the Client").
CastaRadio offers a service for creating and hosting mobile applications (iOS and Android) for radio stations. The service includes, depending on the chosen plan:
Prices are indicated in euros including tax on the Pricing page. Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. The subscription is billed monthly or annually according to the Client's choice.
For annual subscriptions, the total amount is billed in one payment at the beginning of the period.
Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed each month. Annual subscriptions are automatically renewed each year. The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Publishing on the App Store requires an active Apple Developer account ($99/year), at the Client's expense. The Provider handles the app submission process with Apple.

The Provider is committed to providing quality service with optimal availability. However, it cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to maintenance operations, technical failures, or force majeure events.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
